I graduated from the Downeast School of Massage in June 1994 and have studied various techniques since then from neuromuscular and deep tissue to different forms of energy work - all of which I incorporate into a swedish massage. I currently practice out of my office in Kingfield as well as Healthquest Chiropratic office in Farmington. I am a strong believer that a good relaxing swedish massage is the best thing for your health and emotional well-being.
